The team at Roofscapes came through when several other vendors just couldn’t. We needed to replace the roofing on a patio cover that was fairly large. Other companies were suggesting to do a tear down and start over. Jon and the team assessed and offered an option for a metal roof given the use of the area it made perfect sense. I had three roofers take a look at my very complicated roof and give me advice, and Mike Stone from Roofscapes was the most thorough. I was very unhappy to find out that the the builders of our home had skimped on the roof. The underlayment was moldy and rotten and improperly vented--and only 13 years old. While Roofscapes was not the least expensive bid, I liked the proposal. Ubaldo and Hector and his crew did a great job and were polite and VERY hard working. Call Roofscapes and talk to them before you hire anyone to repair your roof. At the least, you'll gets some good advice.

Experience was great.from the first call. Trying to figure out the best way to paint or coat a metal roof exposed to tree pitch in a way that would make it resistant to deterioration. Mike Stone did by far the most thorough inspection of the roof and provided most thorough quote. He also kept my complex problem set in mind, pondered it and called back twice a couple of ideas.Won't bore you with the compkex details...but I'm confident you won't go wrong with Roofscapes.

From the start of our roof replacement to the finish, working with Roofscapes NW was a pleasure. The initial consultation with Mike was no pressure, comprehensive and informative. He performed a thorough inspection of our roof, and showed us the many pictures that he took. He showed us different pricing levels on each aspect of the project, and explained in detail what each price level entailed. The roofing crew, led by Jorge, were friendly, hardworking and punctual. You could tell immediately that they were all professionals and knew what they were doing. Jorge kept me informed of any issues that were found, and no extra work was performed without our permission. At the end of each day, Stacey sent us a detailed progress report of the project along with several pictures, which was appreciated. The crew did a great job cleaning up each day and also after the project was finished. Ubaldo came out the next day and did the final inspection and walk around with us, and did a great job answering any questions we had. He also left us a nice gift of yummy chocolates to show his appreciation. In summary, we are thrilled with how our new roof turned out, and highly recommend Roofscapes NW for your roofing project.

Great Overall Experience. Very Thorough inspection of my roof. Provided recommended repairs with different options. Process was very smooth and I was informed throughout the process.
